Merch Return Policy 📦🍋

Mira's merch (shirts, stickers, and other printed goodies) is made-to-order and fulfilled by our print partner Printful. Because each item is custom printed just for you, our return policy follows Printful's Quickstart fulfillment rules. Please read below before reaching out — and thanks for supporting Mira's lemonade stand! 💛
1. Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you're covered. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email us at miramolaison@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (front, back, and any tags)
- A short description of what's wrong
Approved claims are re-printed or refunded at no cost to you.
2. Lost in transit
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
3. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address you provide is incorrect or insufficient, the package will be returned to Printful's facility, and you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping to an updated address.
4. Unclaimed packages
Shipments that go unclaimed at the delivery location are returned to the fulfillment facility. Reshipment costs would be the customer's responsibility. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
5. Buyer's remorse, size exchanges & returns
Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please review the size chart on each product listing carefully before ordering.
If you'd like a different size, you're welcome to place a new order.
6. Sealed / hygiene items
Sealed goods (such as face masks) are not eligible for return for health and hygiene reasons.
7. EU customers
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery. Because Mira's merch is custom printed to order, returns for withdrawal are not available.
