This page is maintained by Mira Molaison LLC ("we," "us," "our") to explain what information we collect through Mira's Lemonade Squishy (the "Site") and how we use it. This is a small, family-run site about lemonade stands and squishy toys — we keep data collection to a minimum.

What we collect

When you submit a squishy rating, you may provide:

  • Your name (or nickname)
  • Your email address (optional)
  • The squishy you're rating, a star rating, and your comment

We do not knowingly collect addresses, payment details, precise location, or government identifiers. Basic anonymized analytics (page views, device type) may be collected automatically.

How we use it

  • To display ratings, averages, and comments on the Site.
  • If you provide an email and opt in, to send occasional updates about future Squishy Parties, new ratings, and lemonade stand news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us.
  • To improve the Site and respond to questions you send us.

Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies / local storage entries to make the site work (for example, to remember your cookie choice and any rating you submitted). These are always on.

With your consent (via the cookie banner), we also load Google Analytics (gtag.js) and our CRM's GoHighLevel external tracking script to understand how visitors find and use the site. IP addresses are anonymized and we do not run advertising cookies. If you decline, these scripts are not loaded at all.

Children's privacy (COPPA & kids safety)

Mira's Lemonade Squishy is a family-friendly site inspired by a kid entrepreneur, but it is not directed to children under 13 for account creation, marketing, or data collection purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  • Kids under 13 should ask a parent or guardian before submitting a rating, email, or comment.
  • We do not require an account, we do not collect precise location, and we do not use behavioral advertising.
  • If we learn that we've collected personal info from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
  • Parents/guardians may email miramolaison@gmail.com to review, correct, or delete any info submitted on behalf of their child.

How we share it

We do not sell personal information. Ratings and comments are stored with our CRM provider (GoHighLevel) so we can display averages on the Site. We may disclose information if required by law.

  • Email us to access, correct, or delete information you've submitted.
  • Unsubscribe from updates any time.
  • Skip the email field — it's optional.
